We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition that you received it
- Unworn / unused
- With tags attached
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase
How to Start a Return

Once your return request is approved, you must send the item back to the following address:

Important:
We do not provide return shipping labels. Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for their own return shipping.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:
- Your item is defective
- Your item is damaged
- You received the wrong item
We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Items must still meet all standard return conditions (unused, tags, original packaging, proof of purchase).
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
